Cancellation Policy:
  • Cancellation fee (anytime once reservation made will incur $25 fee per night, per room, for all booked rooms.
  • Cancel 14 days prior to arrival date: incur first nights' charge for any rooms booked.
  • Cancel 72 hours prior to arrival date: incur charges for all nights and rooms on reservation unless rebooked by other guests.
A refund to credit card on file will be made minus $25 cancel fee on a night by night basis if rooms are rebooked. Thank you, no exceptions.
