Jan and I have been reveling all week in memories of our stay at your lovely Tudor Inn and telling everyone about your place and the Working Girl Road Trip Weekend... my best buds in Chicago are most envious. I am going to suggest it to another group of friends and hopefully see you again in the spring. The package was a great value and the distance not a problem. This is a perfect getaway from all the big city hubbub. Very relaxing and very delicious. I cannot recommend it more highly. . . .

My girlfriend and I just got back to Seattle from the most incredible weekend I have had in a long time. She surprised me with the Working Girl Road Trip for our birthdays. We had a ball.

Betsy at the Tudor Inn is amazing. She opened up her beautiful home to the two of us and treated us like life-long friends. Our room was impeccable and very comfortable. I loved the king size, comfy bed!

She had cookies and fresh strawberries for us when we arrived. My friend and I spent an hour in town, shopped, had a great lunch and then went to our wine tasting at the Olympic Winery. We were treated with kid gloves and received special treats: wine glass, t-shirt, chocolate and "wine-away" AND tastes of 5 great wines. We went back to the Tudor Inn and Betsy had a nice bottle of wine for us to enjoy while we relaxed in her cozy den.

That evening we had an unbelievable dinner at Joy's Bistro. Honestly, I think it was the best dinner I have ever had. I had the Miso Ling Cod on a bed of mashed sweet potatoes and spinach. My friend had the arugula ravioli stuffed with Dungeness crab. My spinach salad with fresh multicolored beets was to die for.

We awoke to a Sunday paper outside our door and the BEST breakfast ready for us in the den. Egg and veggie souffle, bacon, orange juice, fresh fruit and yogurt, avocado slice and a huge fresh muffin.

Oh yeah, freshly brewed coffee too!

We drove to the top of Hurricane Ridge and enjoyed the view.

Very good value!
